Preparation

The ingredients should be at room temperature. Using a mixer with dough hooks, mix 500 g of waffle mix, 150 g of softened butter, 175 ml of water, and 1 egg (50 g) for 3–4 minutes until smooth. Separately, mix 200 g of FunCakes pearl sugar with 20 g of slightly melted butter and add it to the batter for 30 seconds. Preheat the waffle iron and grease the plates. Form 70 g balls and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden. Serve with whipped cream or fresh fruit as desired.
