Preparation method

The ingredients must be at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (160 °C with fan). Mix 500 g of the mix with 80 ml of water, 3 eggs (150 g), 150 ml of vegetable oil, and 150 g of grated carrot. Add chopped walnuts (25 g) and/or soaked raisins (40 g) to taste. Beat for 5 minutes and pour into a greased 20 cm square or 22 cm round mold. Bake in the center of the oven for 50–60 minutes until golden. For cupcakes, bake for 25 minutes.
